Jennifer Coxe is the Founder of The Jennifer Coxe Group at Keller Williams Innovate based in Wilmington, NC, USA.

Being a third generation native of Wilmington, Ms. Coxe has a vast knowledge of and deep roots in the area providing her clients with unique insights into the Southeastern North Carolina Region.

Ms. Coxe has been ranked as a Top 20 Producing Agent for the past five years and has represented the 450 Agents within her Market Center as a Member of the Associate Leader Council.

Within the community, Ms. Coxe serves on the Board of Directors of the Wilmington Realtors Foundation and is a past Officer of the Wilmington Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha Alumnae Group. As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) with the National Association of Realtors and a Member of the Keller Williams Luxury Division, Ms. Coxe has represented global buyers and investors from Canada, South Africa, Scotland, Switzerland, Germany and Italy.

She is also proud to carry the At Home with Diversity designation from the National Association of Realtors. Ms. Coxe has extensive knowledge of Virtual Transactions as 90% of her clients are from either Out of State or International Clientele, thus she is able to meet her clients' needs wherever they are located.
