Your sponsorship will support the programs and initiatives of the Wilmington REALTORS® Foundation. We are developing Pierson Pointe® Townhome Development, a community of 48 townhomes, priced at under $250,000 for our Workforce Housing clients who earn 80-120% of Area Median Income. These are our firefighters, law enforcement officers, hospital workers, and teachers who are the backbone of our community. The success of this development depends greatly upon the involvement of the community, businesses, and individuals like you. We are asking for your support to ensure that the Wilmington REALTORS® Foundation can continue our work in the local community, which also includes the Realtors Helping Realtors® Fund, our longest-standing program. The fund was created to help REALTORS® who have experienced a catastrophic health event. REALTORS HELPING REALTORS® has helped many individuals and families since its inception in 1999.
